Family Support
Our Family Support offer provides help for families who, for a range of reasons, encounter challenges in the day to day management of family life.
We recognise that many families face practical, financial, emotional and behavioural challenges at some point. Often families find solutions within their networks and at a Universal Level to cope with these challenges. However, at times families need outside intervention from external agencies.
Our team of experienced and professional family support workers work closely with families and we tailor the support we offer to meet a family's needs. We can work as a single agency and also where appropriate we will work with and co-ordinate external agencies. We provide individual parenting advice and deliver evidence based courses, tools and strategies to empower parents and carers to manage the difficulties that come with family life now and in the future.
We work in line with Leeds Practice principles and the Leeds Practice Model (link)
We work at Early Help level (link). In order to refer into our service a professional will complete an Early Help Part one form with you.
